Tom gracefully and peacefully passed away in his sleep on the morning of 9th November 2017 at their home in his room. His death was occasioned by a blood clot that fatally coagulated in his lung making it impossible for his lungs to function properly; a condition called Pulmonary Embolism. Tom just went to sleep and never woke up!
