Former Kenya 7s Head coach, Mike Friday who currently heads the USA 7s team, named a strong squad on 23rd November 2015 that will represent USA in the Dubai 7s and Cape Town 7s legs of the World Rugby 7s series.

Experienced players Danny Barrett and Martin Losefo have been sidelined due to injuries and as a result Kevin Swiryn and Thompson Brett have replaced them.

Otoyo believes that Brett Thompson will be on top of his game because he looks fresh and that he is full of confidence while Kevin Swiryn has shown great commitment and he has integrated well with the team.

The fastest rugby player in World Rugby 7s has been included in the Eagles squad. Other experienced players include: Perry Baker, Folau Niua, Zack Test and Maka Unufe.

The 2015 London 7s champions are in pool C alongside France, Portugal and the All Blacks (New Zealand.).
