The Lions are at the top of the Super Rugby standings and have guaranteed a home play off so Lions Head coach, Johan Ackermann decided to rest his key players at home to prepare for next week's match.

Scrum half Ross Cronjé will skipper the Lions in the Super Rugby match at Buenos Aires against the Jaguares on Saturday.
