Kenya Sevens head coach Innocent Simiyu has recalled Dennis Ombachi of Nondies for the seventh and eighth legs of the HSBC Sevens World Series slated for early April i.e.Hong Kong and Singapore sevens while Derrick Mayar is set for his debut for Kenya 7s.
Simiyu’s boys will meet familiar foes in Hong Kong’s the preliminary round (South Africa, Canada and France) but Innocent Simiyu, who enters the tournament from a disappointing tour in Vancouver where they reached the Challenge Trophy semifinal, is positive his charges will bounce back and return to winning ways.
The Hong Kong leg will take place from April 7th to 9th, a week before Singapore hosts their second ever tournament.
