Embu sevens pools are out. The tournament will take place on 23rd and 24th June 2018 at the Embu Stadium.

The deejays are in pool A alongside Harlequins, Chuka RFC and Stomers.

Pool B cosists of Varsity side Mean machine, Top Fry Nakuru, Mount Kenya University and Northern Suburbs.

Railway based, Mwamba are in group C with Catholic Monks, Meru and Blak Blad while pool D has Strathmore, USIU, MAkueni and Kiambu.
