Wales 7s head coach, Gareth Williams named his troops to take part in the first two rounds of HSBC World Rugby 7s series: Dubai 7s and Cape Town 7s.

Wales who are in pool D alongside Kenya, England and Australia, will be looking to grow their game and have a positive start in Dubai 7s.

Luke Treharne will captain Wales while Sam Cross was selected to be his vice.
